When we develop Self Leadership we become able to  contribute to something bigger than ourselves.

Our world needs courageous and creative thinkers who are authentic in their pursuit of serving a greater purpose.

Through compassionate inquiry and a solutions focus, I encourage my coachees to identify what purpose and meaning looks like for them. Our journey provides a safe place for them to engage in self discovery which raises their consciousness. At the core to our work together, and in pursuit of personal bests, we develop a personal wellness blueprint that helps my coachees to better connect with themselves and their people. We also identify what it looks like to self lead. This enables them to relate with fierce compassion, embrace challenge with courage and maintain clarity and focus under pressure. Of equal importance, I teach them them emotional confidence - the art of tolerating the uncomfortable emotions that often stop us from creating bold solutions and acting with conviction.

Most importantly, I work with my clients to move from a ‘me’ to ‘we’ mindset. This enables strategic and systemic thinking, perspective taking and creates courage to have pivotal conversations.

In our work we identify growth goals, set experiments, and learn to apply the skill of mindful self reflection. Developing insight, awareness and the skills to self reflect without judgment gives my clients the power and the choice to do things differently.

My experience as a mental health professional has taught me that our wellness is our edge. I relish any opportunity to educate individuals, leaders and organisations to develop a wellness lens which will enable them to be proactive about wellbeing.

When we consciously challenge our mindset and do things differently, we get better outcomes. More simply put - together we can create greatness.
