Our wellbeing is at the core of who we are and how we connect with our people and our world.
Our wellbeing is our edge for life.
Life throws us all curve balls at times. Too many curve balls at once causes our resource bucket to overflow and this leaves our tank empty. When this happens we can feel overwhelmed, consumed with worry, foggy headed, irritable, restless, isolated, lonely and flat (to name a few). It can be hard to think straight and know your direction.
If any of this resonates with you, or your ability to function optimally is currently compromised, I encourage you to consider reaching out for some support.
I work with my clients to help them gain clarity and understanding about their thoughts and feelings and how these impact their functioning. I also support them to develop an awareness of their strengths and values. My clients grow their coping strategies and fortify their internal resources. Surely this can only ever be a positive experience.
My clients have all their answers. My role in our journey is to stimulate the discovery of these answers.
When dots are connected, strengths are discovered and our sense of competence and purpose grows, we are better equipped to navigate our complex and currently uncertain world.
My work is informed by validated strengths based modalities and my approach is eclectic, compassionate and tailored to the needs of the present moment and person.
I am a registered Health Psychologist who works with adults and young adults.
